As a retailer of social-media-marketing and digital-gaming accounts services, we rely on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. All our social-media services and digital-gaming accounts come with a 12-MONTHS WARRANTY. When a customer contacts us by phone, ticket, or email, our initial response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the related service/product. However, in some cases, a service/product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.
Our return policy for all products is as follows:
- Any order that violates our Terms of Services and has been suspended due to legal reasons, which includes any attempt for Buyer-Fraud will not be eligible for any refund. We reserve the right to take legal action against any frauds.
- Customers requesting a refund for a transaction made through Credit/Debit cards will be initiated from our company within 7-10 business days. After the refund has been initiated from our side, we will not be held liable for any delay due to the bank or other financial institutions involved. A refund receipt will be generated post the initiation of a refund and the receipt will be sent to the customer to their chosen mode of communication. Each receipt will contain a reference number and the customer can contact their bank for any concern regarding the refund if there is a delay due to their bank.
- Customers requesting a refund for a transaction made through PayPal, Skrill, or other wallets will be processed within 5-7 business days. Every refund request will be handled through a refund ticket which will be immediately generated when the refund request is accepted. At the end of every week, all the refund tickets for that particular week are processed. Our PayPal/Skrill/Wallet accounts are linked with our local business bank account (not credit card). All refunds are released to our bank every Friday to credit our PayPal/Skrill/Wallet account. Once the PayPal/Skrill/Wallet account is credited with appropriate funds, the refund will be sent to the customer’s wallet immediately.
